Role overview

This is an intermediate onsite IT support position based in Singapore for a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.   • Administer Office 365 tasks such as licensing, email configuration, SharePoint access, and troubleshooting collaboration services.
  • Work with remote IT colleagues to escalate complex incidents and contribute to internal documentation and knowledge-base articles.
  • Perform regular hardware checks, tidy cabling, and assist with basic office network troubleshooting.
  • Follow internal IT policies and security practices to support data protection and compliance.

Required experience and skills

  • Strong practical knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems, especially Windows 10 and 11, as well as Windows Server platforms such as 2016, 2019, and 2022.
