Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Manager for the automation industry in Pune. The role is focused on sales and marketing activities, with preference for candidates from the welding line or BIW background, especially those with experience in welding products and industrial machine sales.

What You Will Do

You will coordinate with the relevant stakeholders, handle incoming business opportunities, and support the sales and marketing function. The position calls for strong customer engagement, regular follow-ups, and communication across verbal, email, and in-person channels.

Key Expectations

The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of sales experience. You should be comfortable meeting clients consistently, responding to fresh enquiries from different sources, understanding requirements clearly, and moving opportunities through the sales cycle.

Candidate Background

A technical degree such as B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization is required. Prior exposure to welding, industrial machinery sales, or welding equipment is preferred.

Additional Information

Compensation for this role is listed at INR 8,00,000 to INR 9,50,000 per year.
