About the Team

As a member of the Bureau's Payroll Team, you will be a dedicated public service pay and conditions specialist with a robust work ethic. Your responsibilities will include managing employee entitlements under the Bureau's Enterprise Agreement, processing payroll using SAP HRMS, offering guidance to employees, and generating relevant correspondence and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Process employee entitlements accurately and efficiently using SAP HRMS.
• Interpret and apply conditions stipulated in the Bureau's Enterprise Agreement.
• Provide expert advice to employees regarding pay and conditions.
• Prepare and manage associated correspondence and documentation related to payroll.
• Work independently to meet team objectives and output requirements.

Requirements for Success

• Demonstrated experience with SAP HRMS.
• Proven ability to understand and interpret complex employment conditions.
