Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram for someone who will handle POD (proof of delivery) collection work. The role centers on gathering PODs from clients, ensuring they reach the operations team on time, and keeping records organized.
Key Duties
- Collect proof of delivery documents from clients.
- Make sure POD paperwork is submitted promptly to the operations team.
- Follow up with drivers and fleet partners for documents that are still pending.
- Keep POD files and related records accurate and well maintained.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- Candidates should have completed 12th standard or hold a graduation degree.
- A two-wheeler is compulsory for this role.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Prior exposure to the industry will be considered an advantage.
