- Assist with plant ramp-up and help establish stable production in Eastern Saudi Arabia.
- Support the move, transfer, and scaling of processes to Western Saudi Arabia.
- Carry out feasibility assessments and improve designs using DFM principles.
- Execute and review Moldflow studies, including fill, pack, and warp analysis.
- Create tooling concepts and coordinate tool development with external suppliers.
- Lead tool trials from T0 through T2 and confirm readiness for production.
- Resolve moulding and process problems during the ramp-up phase.
- Collaborate with engineering, supplier, quality, and manufacturing stakeholders.
- Contribute to technical conversations with OEM and Tier 1 customers.
Requirements
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
- Applicants should have strong hands-on experience in injection moulding or plastics engineering.
- Good working knowledge of DFM, Moldflow, and tooling development is essential.
- Prior experience working with tooling vendors and supporting production ramp-up is expected.
- Background in international projects or greenfield environments will be an advantage.
- Candidates must be willing to work on projects across Eastern and Western Saudi Arabia.
- The role suits someone who is practical, organized, and focused on finding solutions.
Additional information
This opportunity includes a visa and relocation package. The role is based in Eastern Saudi Arabia and is part of a broader effort that also involves transferring and expanding processes to Western Saudi Arabia. It is a highly technical position within a global engineering setting, with a strong focus on shaping industrialisation across two production sites.
Why this role matters
The position offers the chance to directly influence how plastic products and tooling processes are developed and launched across major manufacturing locations.
