Role Summary
The Program Manager will coordinate a cross-functional portfolio of Evergreen products, making sure initiatives move smoothly from planning and development through delivery. This role is accountable for visibility into project progress, as well as for managing timelines, budgets, and resources. The position also plays a key part in strengthening teamwork, encouraging innovative problem-solving, coaching others, and improving delivery practices while staying aligned with broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Portfolio Manager to build and maintain program roadmaps, including defining scope and setting priorities.
- Develop and update iterative project plans covering timelines, staffing, budgets, and risk-reduction actions.
- Guide cross-functional teams to complete projects effectively.
- Run project meetings, clear obstacles, and address delivery risks before they become issues.
- Track milestones and performance through data-driven dashboards and share timely updates with stakeholders.
- Promote open communication, team collaboration, and a strong culture of continuous improvement.
- Keep projects aligned to organizational priorities while meeting schedule, scope, and budget targets.
- Encourage use of AI-enabled tools and workflows, stay current on new capabilities, and identify ways to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Support change efforts by coaching team members through transitions and helping teams adapt.
- Help advance project management standards and best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience managing complex projects across multiple functions from start to finish.
- PMP certification, or the ability to earn it within one year of joining.
- Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, and people skills with the ability to influence stakeholders from different groups.
- Proven ability to set priorities, negotiate trade-offs, resolve disagreements, and deliver successful project outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk-management capabilities, plus adaptability to changing business needs.
- Experience working with Agile methods; Scrum experience and Agile credentials such as DASM, CSM, or PSM are preferred.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira and Smartsheet.
- Willingness to travel 3 to 4 times per year.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $62,000 to $87,000. Actual pay may differ based on relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and location. A full package of medical and/or other benefits may also be available depending on the position.
