Role overview

INFUSE is seeking a proactive and future-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee a range of important internal and external initiatives. The role centers on keeping projects moving smoothly, ensuring deadlines are met, and connecting designers, developers, copywriters, advertising specialists, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming requests for marketing design work and coordinate delivery with the design team.
Liaise with the development team to help manage website updates and related digital tasks.
Build and update project plans, schedules, and task trackers, while monitoring progress and deadlines.
Arrange project meetings, prepare agendas, record discussion points, and track follow-up actions.
Assist with media campaigns by coordinating readiness for launch, monitoring deliverables, and preparing reports.
Keep project details flowing clearly and on time to all relevant team members and stakeholders.
Carry out business research when needed to help guide project decisions.

Candidate profile

Professional experience of 3 to 4 years in project coordination.
Background working with marketing assets such as PDFs, banners, and illustrations.
Exposure to coordinating website creation or website updates in a coordinator or manager capacity.
Strong written and spoken English, at least Upper-Intermediate level.
Practical experience with project management tools and MS Office / Google Workspace, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Worksection.
Experience with Google Ad Manager and Google Tag Manager is considered an advantage.
Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
English proficiency at B1 level or above.
Fluency in Ukrainian and/or Russian.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Careful attention to detail and solid problem-solving ability.

Hiring process

Your application will be reviewed manually against the role requirements to ensure each candidate receives individual attention.
You may be asked to complete a video interview for the hiring manager, often followed by a test or short assignment.
If shortlisted, you will meet the hiring manager and/or interview panel live, either in person or over Zoom; text-based interviews and hiring without a live meeting are not used.
If there is a mutual fit, the team will discuss the offer with you after the live interview stage.
