Retail Manager

Role overview

This part-time, on-site Retail Manager position is based in Dubai and supports retail activity across ADIPEC-related venues and outlets. The role focuses on keeping day-to-day store operations running smoothly, maintaining strong service levels, and ensuring the retail setup reflects the event and brand standards.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily retail operations and make sure the outlet is functioning efficiently.
• Guide, supervise, and support retail staff during shifts.
• Create and manage staff schedules to match business and event needs.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Track sales performance and help the team meet revenue goals.
• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and keep merchandising well organized.
• Ensure displays and visual presentation stay aligned with brand guidelines.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Coordinate closely with event and operations teams for smooth execution.
• Stay actively involved on the sales floor, especially during busy periods.
• Coach team members continuously to improve performance and service quality.
• Follow company policies, as well as health and safety requirements.

• Experience supervising teams and assigning work in a retail setting.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to support revenue growth and product promotion.
• Background in retail management or a supervisory position, ideally in busy or event-led environments.
• Willingness to work on-site in Dubai during event periods, including evenings, weekends, and peak hours.
• Strong organization, accuracy, and problem-solving ability, especially for inventory and cash-related work.
• Comfort using basic retail systems and POS tools; reporting and performance tracking exposure is a plus.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or a similar field is preferred.
