Role Overview

The organization is hiring a Service Engineer for Karimnagar, Telangana. The position involves field-based service support for construction machinery and close coordination with customers and dealer teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out commissioning, warranty-related service, mandatory servicing, and on-site troubleshooting for construction machines at customer locations.
• Maintain accurate machine records and work toward the target MTTR while building strong customer relationships.
• Partner with dealer engineers and support them in improving customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for spare parts sales and workshop repairs, and help achieve the assigned business targets.
• Monitor competitor activity and share updates with senior management.

Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate should hold a diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile engineering and have 6 to 15 years of experience in a similar earthmoving equipment environment. Experience should be in the earthmoving/construction machinery space, not the automobile sector. Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and the local language are required, along with comfort in extensive travel, hands-on machine work, and basic computer usage, including MS Office.
