Site Coordinator

Role overview

The site coordinator works under the principal’s guidance to manage and run an after-school program designed for children at risk. The role also involves supporting and taking part in treatment plans for families facing risk factors.

Job details

This is a classified position and is open to all applicants. The opening will stay live until it is filled. The assignment is scheduled for 5.0 hours per day across 174 days per year, with a Salary Grade 7 pay rate of $20.98 per hour based on the 2026–27 Support Salary Table. Promotions carry a minimum 5% salary increase.

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee the after-school program at the site.
• Support the administration of services for children identified as at risk.
• Help coordinate and participate in treatment plans for families in need of support.

Requirements

• High school graduation or an equivalent level of education and/or work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Secretarial and clerical skills.
• Ability to use a computer may be required.
