Role Overview
The Ritz-Carlton, Doha is seeking a Spa Service Expert to contribute to the smooth delivery of spa operations and guest-facing services. This role is focused on creating a polished, memorable wellness experience through attentive service, accurate coordination, and professional interactions.
About the Property
Set on the Arabian Gulf in Doha, the property is a luxury 5-star resort that has been operating for nearly 24 years. It features 374 rooms and suites, signature dining venues, a modern spa, a fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, a private beach, a Club Lounge, and event spaces including meeting rooms and wedding venues. The environment is built around elevated hospitality and carefully tailored guest experiences.
What You Will Do
- Support day-to-day spa operations and help deliver a service experience that feels seamless and refined.
- Promote spa services and retail offerings to guests when appropriate.
- Handle reservation scheduling, confirm appointments, and keep booking details organized.
- Respond to questions about spa treatments, services, and related offerings.
- Welcome guests, complete check-in steps, and process payments accurately.
- Ensure the service flow contributes to a pleasant and memorable guest visit.
- Maintain a safe, orderly workplace and follow company policies, quality standards, and service procedures.
- Keep uniform, grooming, and communication standards aligned with brand expectations.
- Perform physical tasks as needed, including standing, sitting, walking for long periods, navigating uneven or slippery surfaces, and handling light objects or equipment.
- Carry out additional reasonable duties requested by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience is required.
- No supervisory background is required.
- No license or certification is needed for this role.
- Ability to work with reservation systems and verify information accurately.
- Comfort with extended periods of standing, walking, and other hands-on physical activity.
- Professional appearance and communication are essential.
