About the role
Join the retail team in Jeddah and play an important operational role in supporting the Deputy Store Manager and sales staff. This position focuses on keeping the boutique running smoothly, with particular attention to inventory control, back-of-house organization, storage standards, and a premium in-store experience. The store is the brand’s second location in Saudi Arabia, so this role is central to maintaining high operational standards from day one.
What you will do
- Represent and communicate the brand’s values and philosophy consistently to both colleagues and customers.
- Handle store opening and closing procedures according to established protocols.
- Maintain an accurate, current record of all stock items and carry out regular stock checks to match system records with physical inventory.
- Share operational feedback with store leadership to improve back-of-house workflows and the overall customer experience.
- Support inventory activities such as new product ordering and replenishment of fill-in stock.
Back-of-house operations
- Keep physical stock aligned with the ERP-based digital inventory system to support replenishment, sales reporting, and loss-prevention efforts.
- Maintain an efficient stockroom so products can be located quickly for customer assistance on the sales floor.
- Track both sellable and non-sellable items, including try-on footwear and similar merchandise.
- Serve as a key point of contact for store leadership and IT/facility management on operational issues related to product movement and store system performance.
- Help train the wider store team on back-of-house procedures and standard operating practices.
- Support minor maintenance and facility-related tasks to keep the store operating at premium standards.
- Act as a first-line support resource for store technology, including POS troubleshooting, system testing, and training colleagues on in-store tools and systems.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate brings at least three years of retail experience in a similar position, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the confidence to work both independently and as part of a team. You should be comfortable multitasking, flexible to business needs, attentive to customers, and committed to maintaining exceptional store presentation. Experience with data and retail systems such as Cegid, SAP Retail, or Salesforce is also valuable.
Language requirement
Fluency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing, is required.
