Role overview

Michael Kors is looking for a full-time store manager in Cologne to take end-to-end responsibility for the performance of the location. In this role, you will guide a larger team, execute a clear business plan, and ensure customers enjoy an outstanding shopping experience every day.

The brand’s retail network across EMEA continues to expand and includes more than 30 outlet stores, 80 lifestyle stores, and 100 concessions/shop-in-shops across 21 European countries. The regional retail team is described as highly driven, international, and diverse.

What you will do

• Build and roll out a strategic store plan in coordination with cross-functional partners, with a strong focus on driving sales growth.
• Attract, hire, and retain top talent while developing a high-performing team.
• Oversee day-to-day store and operational processes to keep everything running smoothly.
• Lead, motivate, and coach the team, encouraging continuous development and setting a positive example.
• Improve omnichannel sales performance by using the available tools and technologies effectively, including during fast-paced trading periods.

What we are looking for

• Proven leadership experience in high-traffic retail environments and in managing larger teams within specialty retail.
• Strong focus on KPIs and results, with a high level of ownership and a practical, hands-on approach.
• Excellent problem-solving ability, initiative, flexibility, and an entrepreneurial, creative mindset.
• Passion for fashion and market trends, strong communication skills, and good English skills are an advantage.

Compensation notice

The disclosed salary range for this position is EUR 45,000.00 to EUR 65,00.00. The employer notes that pay may vary depending on role requirements, skill set, and years of experience, and that salaried figures reflect full-time equivalency.
