CBH Homes is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join a fast-moving, service-oriented IT team. In this role, you will be the main person helping users resolve day-to-day technology issues, supporting secure and reliable systems, and contributing to continuous improvements in IT service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first contact for end users and provide courteous tier-1 support for hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
  • Partner with senior IT staff to help maintain networks, servers, and cloud-based tools across Windows, macOS, and Google Workspace environments.
  • Handle basic user setup tasks, including account provisioning, password resets, and access requests in Active Directory and related identity systems.
  • Support the device lifecycle by imaging laptops, preparing workstations, and helping with software deployment and installation.
  • Draft, refine, and maintain internal documentation and step-by-step guides for common IT workflows.
  • Work across departments to deliver a smooth, reliable, and service-focused technology experience.

Requirements

  • Between 0 and 2 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or a customer-facing IT role.
  • Working knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and/or macOS, along with basic networking principles.
  • Exposure to common workplace platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Salesforce.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve problems across different IT areas.
