Role Overview

This is a contractor support-engineering position for a client engagement focused on solving advanced issues in cloud infrastructure and networking. The work supports the creation of next-generation AI systems by supplying high-quality real-world technical input. Prior AI experience is not required; strong hands-on knowledge of networking and cloud environments is the key requirement.

Work Location and Pay

The role is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere. Compensation is set at USD 30 to USD 70 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

The person in this role will investigate and resolve difficult technical problems across cloud and networking environments, improve support efficiency through scripting, and work closely with customers and internal teams to close issues effectively. The role also includes using Jira for ticket tracking, analyzing TCP/IP-related problems, documenting solutions, and maintaining clear technical guidance for others.

Required Background

Candidates should bring practical experience in troubleshooting cloud infrastructure and networking issues, along with scripting ability in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Familiarity with Jira, a strong grasp of TCP/IP networking, and the ability to produce strong technical documentation are important. Clear, calm, and professional communication is essential.
