About the internship
This is a full-time, in-office business development internship based in Hyderabad. The role is designed for someone who is eager to work on enterprise sales outreach, develop new business opportunities, and contribute to the company’s sales efforts in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
What you will do
- Identify target companies and map out the key people to approach, such as CXOs and directors.
- Build and update lead databases using prospecting platforms and research tools.
- Write tailored cold emails and LinkedIn outreach messages that encourage responses.
- Place outbound calls and start conversations with prospects to secure product demonstrations.
- Maintain CRM records, organize lead lists, and keep outreach data accurate and current.
- Review outreach outcomes and adjust messaging or approach to improve engagement.
- Pick up new sales tools, methods, and playbooks quickly and apply them effectively.
- Work closely with the sales team to support enterprise sales initiatives.
- Respond to objections in a professional manner while staying focused on goals.
