About the internship

Pentaomnia Private Limited is hiring a Cinematography Intern for a six-month, full-time in-office role in Jalandhar. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys filmmaking, visual storytelling, and working behind the camera on commercial shoots, brand campaigns, events, and digital content production.

The company is a DPIIT-recognized startup working across marketing, event management, and technology. Since 2019, it has delivered 300+ projects in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, event execution, branding, website development, and business growth consulting. Interns get practical exposure, real client work, and the chance to build strong professional experience in a collaborative creative setting.

What you will do

Support the planning and execution of video shoots for brands, events, advertisements, and social media campaigns.
Handle DSLR and mirrorless cameras to record polished, cinematic footage.
Manage lighting, framing, camera angles, and composition during shoots.
Use gimbals, tripods, sliders, and related gear to create stable and dynamic shots.
Work with directors, content creators, and the marketing team to bring creative ideas to life.
Record behind-the-scenes content, promotional clips, interviews, and event highlights.
Keep camera gear, memory cards, batteries, and shoot files organized and maintained.
Travel to shoot locations as needed and help ensure work is completed on time.
Assist the post-production team by transferring and arranging footage after shoots.
Keep up with current cinematography methods, camera tools, and filmmaking trends.

What the role needs

Hands-on familiarity with DSLR or mirrorless camera operation.
Working knowledge of videography and cinematography basics.
Understanding of framing, composition, and visual storytelling.
Awareness of lighting techniques used in shoots.
Ability to work with gimbals and other camera-support equipment.
Basic to intermediate exposure to Adobe Premiere Pro is preferred.
Exposure to Adobe After Effects is useful.
Strong time management and teamwork skills.
Genuine interest in filmmaking and learning in a fast-paced creative environment.
A portfolio or showreel is preferred.

Eligibility

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Jalandhar and be able to start between 2 July 2026 and 6 August 2026. The internship runs for 6 months. Additional information

The stipend includes a fixed component of ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹3,000 to ₹10,000 per month, making the total stipend range ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month.
