About One Root
One Root (ENP Farms Private Limited) is creating a transparent, traceable marketplace that connects farmers directly with institutional and enterprise buyers. The platform is designed to help farmers secure fairer pricing, greater transparency, and stronger control over the value of their crops without depending on brokers or agents. Buyers, in turn, can source produce straight from farmers at more competitive prices. The company is also working to build a large network of smallholder and marginal farmers across India and supports them through farm advisory, market access, financial assistance, and guidance on government schemes.
Internship Overview
This six-month, full-time in-office internship is based in Bangalore and starts immediately. The role focuses on digital marketing activities that strengthen One Root’s online presence, improve visibility, and support farmer-focused awareness initiatives.
Key Work Areas
The selected intern will handle social media management, digital content creation, and publishing across online channels. The role also includes supporting SEO and SEM efforts, assisting with email marketing, and contributing to customer engagement initiatives. The intern will monitor website, social media, and campaign performance, carry out market and competitor research, and help promote One Root’s agricultural products, services, and farmer-centric programs through digital campaigns. In addition, the intern will contribute to awareness efforts for farmers using social media, online communities, and targeted content.

Requirements
Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Development, Communications, or a related discipline. A basic grasp of digital marketing concepts is expected, along with familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Knowledge of Canva, Google Analytics, and SEO tools will be an advantage. Strong creativity, communication, and content-planning abilities are important, as is the ability to build awareness campaigns aimed at farmers. Proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
