About the internship

Housy is looking for an HR Specialist intern who will help shape the people side of a fast-growing business, not just handle routine paperwork. The role centers on hiring, onboarding, culture, and the operational systems that keep teams coordinated and accountable. This opportunity is best suited for someone who sees HR as a strategic function and wants hands-on exposure to building a team from the ground up.

What you will do

Run hiring from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, arranging interviews, and closing roles.
Manage onboarding records and handle partner verification processes.
Create and update systems for attendance, leave, and performance monitoring.
Prepare offer letters, agreements, and other employment-related documents.
Support training sessions and orientation for new joiners across different hubs.
Contribute to culture initiatives such as team rituals, recognition programs, and feedback processes.

Who can apply

This internship is open only to applicants who can work full time from the office, are able to begin between 3 July 2026 and 7 August 2026, and can commit to a 3-month duration. Candidates should bring relevant skills and a genuine interest in the role. Women looking to start or restart their careers may also apply. Freshers seeking jobs are also eligible.

Housy is Pune’s premium on-demand home cleaning service, designed to deliver trained professional house help within minutes. Unlike gig-based platforms, it uses trained cleaning professionals to ensure consistency and reliability. Its hub-led model enables dispatch in 10 to 30 minutes, supported by real-time tracking.

Additional information

The internship offers a fixed stipend of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month plus an incentive payout of ₹2,000 per month, which together aligns with the stated stipend range of ₹7,000 to ₹12,000 per month. The internship also includes the possibility of a job offer after successful conversion to a permanent role, with an expected annual salary of ₹4,00,000 to ₹6,00,000.
