PKF-CAP is hiring an Accounts Executive in Singapore to manage client accounting work and support outsourced finance operations.

Take responsibility for a complete set of accounts for assigned clients, either working on your own or as part of a team.
Carry out month-end closing activities for a portfolio of companies.
Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs.
Manage daily outsourced finance tasks, such as accounts payable processing, payroll, bookkeeping, and accounting work.
Support the preparation of financial statements aligned with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
Work on additional tasks as assigned from time to time.

You should have at least 2 years of experience in external audit, outsourced finance work at corporate service providers, or accounting roles in business settings.
A degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification such as CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA Australia, or an equivalent certification is required.
You should be sincere, committed, well-organized, and strong at managing time and solving problems.
The role calls for someone resourceful, proactive, able to work independently in a fast-moving environment, and effective in both spoken and written communication.
Familiarity with SFRS, IFRS, and generally accepted accounting practices is important.
You must be comfortable using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and payroll systems.
Exposure to AI and automation tools used in the accounting field will be valuable.

This position is based in Singapore and is a full-time onsite role.

Accounts Executive
