About the Role

This position focuses on quantity surveying and contract administration for construction projects. Responsibilities

  • Compile and review cost comparison exercises.
  • Source quotations and coordinate negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.

  • Work with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, client representatives, and subcontractors to prepare accurate progress claims and variation claims.
  • Handle contract-related matters between the main contractor and client, as well as between the main contractor and subcontractors.
  • Ensure progress claims are submitted on time based on proper measurement of completed work.
  • Prepare variation orders, claims, final accounts, settlement documents, and subcontractor payments.
  • Perform other contract management duties as required.
