Role Overview

Panda Restaurant Group is looking for an experienced store leader to support the management of a single location in Reno, Nevada. In this position, you will help run daily store operations, guide team members, and work toward financial performance goals while creating a strong guest experience. What You Will Do

As an Assistant Manager, you will help oversee one store’s operations. Your responsibilities include recruiting, supervising, and directing associates, supporting business targets, and helping ensure guests receive excellent service. Before stepping into the role fully, you will complete a store leadership training program lasting at least 3 weeks.

Physical and Workplace Conditions

This role involves working in a restaurant kitchen and service area where temperatures can be high, steam and food vapors are common, and space may be limited. Employees are expected to stand for long periods, prepare both hot and cold food items, use a Chinese kitchen knife and other equipment, and move quickly without sacrificing accuracy. The job may require lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for up to four hours, and reaching across 36-inch counters to serve guests. Noise levels are often high and shelving/storage can be elevated.

Compensation Notes

The pay range for this position is $15 to $40 per hour. Final pay is influenced by factors such as location and experience. Bonus payments are not guaranteed, and the employer may modify or discontinue bonus programs at any time without prior notice.
