Role overview
Brau is seeking a customer-oriented Assistant Store Manager to help run one of its premium salons in Dubai. The role sits alongside the Store Manager and focuses on delivering a high-end client journey, keeping daily operations smooth, supporting the team, and contributing to strong commercial performance.

Key responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager with the salon’s everyday operations.
- Ensure clients receive a polished experience from arrival to departure.
- Coordinate appointments, keep the schedule efficient, and manage artists’ diaries effectively.
- Respond to client questions and handle complaints in a professional manner to maintain top-level satisfaction.
- Help organise rota planning, annual leave, and appointment calendars.
- Carry out daily cash and sales reconciliation with accurate recordkeeping.
- Encourage retail sales, service packages, and upselling opportunities across the team.
- Track daily and weekly sales results and support actions to meet store goals.
- Lead short daily team meetings covering targets, offers, and business updates.
- Keep client information, consultation documents, and profile records current and accurate.
- Support stock control to maintain appropriate retail and professional inventory levels.
- Address maintenance concerns promptly and help maintain the salon’s presentation standards.
- Follow all company SOPs, operating processes, and hygiene requirements consistently.
- Support adherence to government regulations, audits, and required salon documentation.
- Cover front-of-house duties when needed and assist across the wider business.
- Set a positive example, encourage the team, and help build a strong performance culture.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a management or senior front-of-house position within beauty, spa, hospitality, or luxury retail.
- Proven leadership ability with a hands-on approach to coaching and team development.
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer care and memorable client experiences.
- Commercial awareness with a track record of improving sales, retail results, and team performance.
- Excellent organisation and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting.
- Prior use of salon booking platforms and reporting tools.
- Clear communication and strong problem-solving skills.
- Availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Exposure to salon services, beauty products, and best operational practices is an advantage.
