Responsibilities
- Help diagnose and resolve backend technical problems raised by clients.
- Work with the IT team to design and roll out improvements to existing systems.
- Track backend infrastructure and help keep it running smoothly and efficiently.
- Support the setup and deployment of backend applications.
- Assist internal teams and clients with technical questions related to backend systems.
- Record backend procedures, workflows, and reference notes for future use.
