Role Overview

Stackifya is looking for a Bidder to help identify suitable projects, prepare winning proposals, and support business growth through online freelancing platforms and direct outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Search for relevant opportunities and submit bids on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar marketplaces.
• Review project details carefully and create proposals tailored to each client’s needs.
• Reach out to prospective clients and build professional working relationships.
• Track submitted proposals and respond to client questions or follow-ups in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the development and design teams to collect estimates, technical input, and project requirements.
• Discuss and negotiate scope, budget, and delivery timelines with clients.
• Keep organized records of bids, leads, and potential opportunities.
• Help generate new business through online platforms as well as direct outreach efforts.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or comparable freelancing websites.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Working knowledge of web development, Shopify, WordPress, UI/UX design, and mobile app development services.
• Ability to draft compelling, customized proposals.
• Basic understanding of project estimation and analyzing client requirements.
• Strong skills in negotiation and client communication.
• Self-driven, proactive, and focused on targets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using CRM systems and managing leads.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email marketing.
• Understanding of software development workflows.

Working Hours

The schedule runs from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
