Billing Manager

Role overview

We are looking for an experienced Billing Manager to oversee end-to-end billing activities across service contracts and revenue-related workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage billing for a broad portfolio of contracts, including hard services, soft services, manpower supply, and construction and maintenance agreements.
• Check that invoices are issued correctly and on time by confirming approved purchase orders, signed timesheets, attendance logs, service reports or job completion certificates, and the correct contractual rates.
• Work closely with operations teams to resolve pending billing items, collect missing information, and make sure all billable work is included in the billing cycle.
• Handle credit notes, deductions, and recovery tracking for retention amounts as per contract terms.
• Maintain compliance with Value Added Tax (VAT) rules applicable in Saudi Arabia.
• Drive billing automation and process improvement efforts within ERP systems.

Qualifications and experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• Prior exposure to SAP SD and Microsoft Dynamics ERP billing processes is preferred.
• Working knowledge of KSA VAT invoicing requirements is needed.
• Professional credentials such as CA, ACCA, or CMA are preferred.
• Applicants with 6 to 10 years of experience in billing and revenue functions are sought, ideally from facility management, manpower, or specialized cleaning environments.
• Saudi nationals are preferred for this position.
