Role Summary

This position is centered on educating and empowering young girls through school-based product talks and demonstrations. The representative will raise awareness around feminism and the challenges associated with life-cycle changes, while working toward defined daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals. The role also involves managing a territory and organizing the workload effectively.

Compensation

The package includes a basic monthly salary of R7,875, plus a travel allowance of R3,000 and a communication allowance of R1,000.

Key Duties

The successful candidate will build strong working relationships with both internal teams and external partners, deliver clear and engaging demonstrations, and drive product sampling and promotional activity to meet presentation goals. The role also requires representing the brand professionally and ensuring the intended audience has a solid understanding of the product.

Qualifications and Capabilities

Applicants should have Matric and demonstrate strong relationship-building and time-management skills, along with a history of working to deadlines and targets. The role suits someone who is self-driven, disciplined, and committed to a strong work ethic. Candidates must be available full time from Monday to Friday and be able to perform well in both formal and informal environments.

Additional requirements include the ability to think critically, solve problems, adapt to difficult situations, and maintain professionalism and objectivity. A dependable personal smartphone is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. The candidate must also be able to deliver informative puberty education sessions using the provided training, explain product advantages and differentiators, and offer guidance on feminine hygiene and healthcare practices.

A valid driver’s licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle are required. The applicant must also have a reliable smartphone with enough storage for app downloads and image saving.
