Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will partner with the client to help define the solution direction, translate user and stakeholder needs into clear business understanding, and shape the future-state process and requirements.
What the Role Involves
This position focuses on identifying how current processes, data, and business capabilities work today, then using that understanding to define what the target process and solution should look like for both the present and future needs.
Grade-Specific Expectations
You will lead or support meetings and workshops to gather, clarify, and document business requirements. The role also calls for applying domain knowledge to capture needs accurately and, where needed, preparing process and data models for the current and/or future state.
