Internship Overview
Join Across The Globe (ATG) as a Business Development and Client Relations intern and collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams spanning SaaS, AI, HRTech, EdTech, and technology consulting sectors. This role offers hands-on involvement with client engagement, market analysis, and operational activities from the outset. High-performing interns may engage in strategic initiatives, enterprise-level conversations, and expansion efforts both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with clients to ascertain their requirements and convert insights into actionable business intelligence.
- Conduct thorough market mapping and competitor analysis to aid strategic planning.
- Detect operational inefficiencies and contribute to crafting data-driven solutions.
- Facilitate lead generation, outreach to prospects, and maintain client relationships.
- Develop comprehensive reports, performance analyses, and formal presentations.
- Collaborate with teams internally to monitor project progress and ensure proper coordination.
- Engage in strategy sessions, communicating research insights to stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits
The stipend ranges from INR 2,600 to INR 12,500 monthly, comprising a fixed pay of INR 2,500–10,000 and performance incentives from INR 100–2,500 per month. Interns will receive certificates, recommendation letters, flexible work schedules, and may be offered full-time positions upon successful completion.
Additional Details
- This internship is primarily remote with options for both part-time and full-time engagements.
- On conversion to a permanent role, the salary is expected between INR 350,000 and 700,000 per annum.
