Role Overview
MHZ Services is hiring a Business Development Manager to help launch and grow its logistics division in Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This is a startup-style opportunity for someone who is ready to take ownership, build the business foundation, and drive growth from the beginning.
What You Will Do
- Create and implement business development plans to bring in new customers.
- Spot fresh market opportunities and develop durable client relationships.
- Set up commercial approaches, internal workflows, and operating processes from the ground up.
- Partner closely with operations teams to design logistics solutions that meet client requirements.
- Work toward sales goals and support the overall expansion of the logistics division.
Candidate Profile
- Background in business development within logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain services.
- Strong professional network with the ability to bring in new business.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and comfort working independently in a startup environment.
- Capable of building customer accounts, systems, and processes from scratch.
- Highly self-motivated, flexible, and focused on results.
Additional Information
