Role Overview

This position is focused on manual testing for CAD tools and related engineering applications, with emphasis on CATIA V5/V6 and 3DExperience environments.

Core Responsibilities

• Carry out manual validation of CAD software and tool functionality.
• Work on FEA tools and associated engineering workflows.
• Use CATIA V5/V6 and 3DExperience in testing and CAD modelling activities.
• Test CAD applications such as CATIA V5, NX, and SolidWorks.
• Apply basic FMEA concepts and principles while evaluating design and process behavior.
• Support CAD modelling and verification tasks for CATIA V5/V6 and 3DExperience platforms.
• Handle workbench-level activities including 3D part modelling, surface design, assembly, composite design, sheet metal, relational modelling, and functional tolerance/annotation.
• Maintain a solid grasp of GD&T, engineering fundamentals, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

Additional Requirements

The role calls for hands-on exposure to manual testing of CAD systems, familiarity with finite element analysis tools, and practical knowledge of engineering design workflows. Experience with multiple CAD platforms is preferred, along with a working understanding of FMEA, GD&T, and related manufacturing concepts.
