Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide one-on-one in-home support to clients and help with daily living activities, including:

• Assisting with personal care tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal support
• Handling light household tasks like basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Providing transportation for appointments, errands, and grocery trips
• Offering companionship through activities such as games, puzzles, and other forms of emotional and social support

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a compassionate caregiver who meets the following conditions:

• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• California HCA registration is required, and the company can assist with obtaining it after hire, along with meeting state background check standards
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• TB clearance or a chest X-ray is required
