Position Summary

As a Cleaner, you will be instrumental in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional atmosphere at our client locations. Reporting to the Area Manager and Operations Team, your primary role involves executing routine janitorial tasks while strictly adhering to Clean Team's high-quality standards and exceeding customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and emptying trash receptacles.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms and other assigned areas.
• Adhere to established cleaning schedules and complete all assigned duties within the allocated time.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are managed responsibly and maintained in good working order.
• Promptly report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or shortages of supplies to management.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Verify that assigned facilities meet Clean Team's stringent quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and work independently to fulfill daily operational requirements.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance at the workplace.
• Undertake additional cleaning duties as may be assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

• Possess reliable transportation to commute to and from assigned work sites.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening, if mandated by the client or company policy.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform demanding cleaning tasks throughout the entire work shift.
• Demonstrate a keen eye for detail in all cleaning activities.
• Exhibit a dependable and self-driven work ethic.
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions with minimal direct supervision.
• While prior cleaning experience is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement for this role.
