Role Overview

This position is for a Client Manager focused on EMEA, working remotely from Portugal. The role is centered on helping enterprise customers and agencies use WhatsApp as a measurable channel for growth, performance, and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves acting as a strategic partner to enterprise clients and agencies, helping them convert WhatsApp into a measurable growth channel.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and guide them in using WhatsApp for growth and performance outcomes.
• Assess client challenges by reviewing business objectives, customer journeys, and performance metrics to uncover the underlying issues and opportunities.
• Create data-informed growth plans tailored to different industries, use cases, and lifecycle stages, with a focus on measurable results.
• Lead executive-level business reviews, workshops, and consulting discussions while aligning stakeholders from Marketing, CRM, Agency, and Product teams.
• Convert complex client needs into practical recommendations and work with internal Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to build scalable solutions.
• Develop durable executive-level relationships grounded in trust, strategic input, and business impact rather than reactive account handling.
• Support revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding current initiatives, and positioning WhatsApp as a central part of marketing and customer engagement strategies.
• Keep clients informed about market trends, best practices, and product updates while challenging outdated approaches and introducing new growth ideas.

Compensation

The salary budget depends on experience and overall fit for the role.

• Junior level: EUR 3,000 to EUR 5,000 per month.
• Senior level: EUR 6,000 to EUR 8,000 per month.
