Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Al Madinah is focused on controlling and monitoring costs across the organization. The Cost Controller will analyze expenditures, maintain accurate cost accounting records, and put cost-saving controls in place. The role also involves preparing financial summaries, partnering with internal teams on budgeting, and making sure spending stays aligned with approved financial plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate cost structures to identify variances, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain precise cost accounting records and support reliable financial reporting.
• Develop and enforce cost control measures that help keep expenses within planned limits.
• Prepare financial reports and assist in budget planning, tracking, and follow-up.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align day-to-day spending with financial objectives.
• Support compliance with applicable financial rules and internal accounting standards.

Required Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of food and beverage cost control and cost management methods.
• Hands-on experience in food and beverage cost accounting and finance.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret financial information and support decision-making.
• Experience in preparing, monitoring, and reporting on budgets.
• Familiarity with financial compliance and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
• Comfort using financial software and digital tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar discipline.
• CMA or CPA certification is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a busy, team-based environment.
