- Keep detailed and accurate notes of each customer interaction.
- Work closely with colleagues to strengthen service quality and consistency.
- Share customer patterns, recurring issues, and suggestions with management.
Ideal Profile
The right candidate will bring a combination of practical technical knowledge and strong interpersonal abilities to succeed in this role.
- High school completion or an equivalent credential; additional education is an advantage.
- Comfort using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, empathy, and adaptability skills.
