About the role

This position is focused on keeping the company’s brands available to customers and supporting the commercial targets of the business. The role requires close coordination with customers, strong follow-through on operational KPIs, and consistent use of digital and communication tools to build long-term business relationships and help drive volume growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the required management indicators, including contractability, effectiveness, call quality, retention, and volume.
• Deliver on performance measures such as sales volume goals and product/SKU availability per customer.
• Understand the customer portfolio in the assigned area, including customer purchasing volumes.
• Follow company policies and business procedures with a strong compliance mindset.
• Conduct outbound calling as part of customer engagement and sales support.

• Comfortable using basic computer tools, including Excel and Word.
• Customer-focused with a commercial and sales mindset.
• Clear and effective communication abilities.

Minimum qualifications and experience

A degree-level qualification or an equivalent credential is required, ideally in Commerce. The role also calls for 1 to 2 years of relevant commercial experience, including experience in analysis.
