Role Overview
This position is for seasoned cybersecurity professionals who want to help improve advanced AI systems while working remotely with a flexible schedule. The role focuses on using practical security expertise to test, review, and refine AI outputs so they better reflect real-world cyber operations.
What You’ll Do
You will collaborate with advanced AI models on security-related tasks, including checking AI-produced cybersecurity content, working through technical security challenges, and sharing expert feedback that helps improve how the models understand threats and defenses.
How the Work Starts
After creating an account, you will complete a short assessment that acts as the screening step. If successful, you will receive email confirmation and paid tasks will be unlocked on the platform.
Compensation and Working Style
Projects are paid hourly, with rates beginning at $50 to $100+ per hour. Some tasks may also include bonus pay. You can pick the projects you want, decide when to work, and complete the work on your own computer from home. Some contributors use this alongside another full-time job, while others make it their main work.
Responsibilities
- Check AI-created cybersecurity material for accuracy and practical validity, including threat analysis, vulnerability reviews, and offensive security methods.
- Create and solve technical security challenges used to train AI systems.
- Produce clear technical write-ups and security-related code.
- Share feedback that helps improve future AI security models.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of direct experience in cybersecurity, such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or related government or military cyber work.
- Basic coding ability, including comfort reviewing and modifying an existing codebase.
- Strong English fluency at native or bilingual level, with excellent writing skills.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications are an advantage, including OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, or similar credentials.
Additional Information
This is an independent contractor role. Payment is processed through PayPal, and you will never be asked to pay any fee or deposit. The role is open only to candidates located in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
