Internship Overview

This role offers the opportunity to engage in various operational aspects within a dynamic e-commerce startup focused on fashion, jewelry, and crafts. The selected intern will actively manage daily business activities, client onboarding, data analysis, and process optimization to support and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day business operations ensuring smooth workflow.
Onboard new clients and develop a strong customer base.
Analyze data to improve operational performance metrics.
Design and document process flows for partners by comprehending business procedures.
Coordinate with clients to ensure timely confirmation of orders.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting six months, starting between July 22 and August 26, 2026.
Preference given to applicants proficient in MS Excel.
Strong communication abilities are essential.
Women wishing to initiate or restart their careers are especially encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly stipend: ₹6,001 (including fixed pay of ₹6,000 and an incentive of ₹1 per month).
