About the Internship

Join the team at Happyware Home Private Limited, a unique home bar company catering to over 100,000 customers across India. This internship offers hands-on experience in e-commerce sales with a focus on social media influencer onboarding, customer support, product catalog management, and CRM reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard Instagram and YouTube influencers to boost brand visibility.
Address customer inquiries and resolve grievances promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Manage and maintain social media content and postings to engage the audience.
Update and organize product listings on various company websites.
Track daily performance metrics of employees to ensure productivity.
Handle Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities and reporting duties.
Assist with additional tasks assigned by supervisors as needed.

Who Can Apply

Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
Internship start date should be between 15th July 2026 and 19th August 2026.
Applicants need to commit to a 6-month internship duration.
Relevant skills and interests in social media marketing, digital platforms, and customer service are essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A monthly stipend of INR 7000 is offered during the internship.

Additional Information

Successful interns may be offered permanent employment with an annual salary ranging between INR 300,000 to INR 450,000.
