  • Keep payroll documentation up to date and make sure salary payments, employee disbursements, and payroll questions are handled correctly.
  • Apply statutory rules, tax obligations, SOX controls, and audit requirements across all payroll-related processes.
  • Assist with month-end closing tasks and address internal and external audit issues promptly.

  • Manage priorities proactively, meet payroll cut-offs, and stay informed about local payroll laws and regulatory updates.

Required profile

  • At least 2–3 years of payroll experience in a multinational environment, ideally in a Shared Services Center setup.
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office, ADP payroll platforms, and Time & Attendance tools.
  • Strong command of English; French, German, or Italian language skills are an added advantage.
  • Ability to collaborate well in teams and build strong working relationships across functions and with external partners.
  • A results-focused approach with the ability to balance operational and financial needs while delivering timely and cost-conscious solutions.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work smoothly in a culturally varied environment.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of handling priorities and deadlines efficiently.
  • Professional, tactful, and respectful when engaging with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
