What You Will Do

• Assist engineering teams with testing, validation, troubleshooting, and upkeep of electrical, mechanical, or electronic systems.
• Carry out assembly, calibration, inspection, and functional checks on prototypes and production equipment.
• Help identify problems in systems, hardware, and equipment, and support prompt corrective measures.
• Read and understand engineering drawings, schematics, technical specifications, and work instructions.
• Perform root cause investigations and record technical observations, test outcomes, and corrective actions.
• Work with engineers, quality staff, manufacturing, and project stakeholders to help meet project goals and timelines.
• Keep accurate technical records, reports, and configuration documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts aimed at improving efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Follow company standards, industry requirements, and safety procedures.
• Support equipment installation, upgrades, and preventive maintenance tasks.

Required Background

• A diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a similar technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an engineering technician, manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, or technical support role.
• Good knowledge of engineering fundamentals, testing methods, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Practical experience using lab equipment, test tools, and diagnostic instruments.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
