Executive - Maintenance

Job Summary

Arihant Spinning Mills Limited is seeking an experienced Executive Maintenance to oversee operations at their spinning plant in Malerkotla, Punjab. This role requires a strong background in planned maintenance, budget preparation, and inventory control within a textile spinning environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all maintenance activities within the spinning plant.
• Develop and implement planned maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems for spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and operational standards.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate their activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, specifically within a spinning plant.
• Proven knowledge of planned maintenance strategies.
• Experience in budget preparation for maintenance operations.
• Proficiency in inventory control techniques.
• Strong understanding of textile spinning plant operations.

Education and Eligibility

• Candidates must possess a Diploma or Degree in Textile.
• Open to candidates with the specified educational background and experience.
