Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai for a FIFA Licensed Agent. The person in this position will act on behalf of football players in contract talks, transfer negotiations, and endorsement discussions, making sure each deal supports the player’s wider career goals.

The role also includes identifying and assessing talent, nurturing relationships with clubs, coaches, and other agents, and staying current on market movements, regulations, and league activity. In addition, the agent will help manage player logistics, coordinate communication across stakeholders, and contribute to digital branding efforts alongside marketing and management teams.

The position requires a strong commitment to ethics, strict compliance with FIFA and regional rules, and a proactive approach to uncovering opportunities across the global football ecosystem.

Qualifications and Expectations

• A valid FIFA Agent License, along with a strong grasp of FIFA rules, transfer regulations, and compliance obligations.
• Background in football player representation, deal negotiation, and transfer market processes.
• Well-developed relationship management skills with clubs, academies, coaches, and other relevant contacts across the MENA region and beyond.
• Clear communication, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively; fluency in English is required, and Arabic or European language skills are a plus.
• Good understanding of international football systems, league structures, and youth development routes, with a data-aware approach to talent assessment.
• Commercial awareness within sports management, including a working knowledge of sponsorships, digital branding, and commercial rights.
• Willingness to work on site in Dubai, travel regularly when needed, and manage several client priorities in a high-paced setting.
• A bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Law, Business, or a similar field, or equivalent hands-on experience in football or sports representation.
• Professional integrity, discretion, and a commitment to fair, player-first representation.

Core Duties

• Represent football players in contract discussions, transfer negotiations, and endorsement opportunities.
• Source, evaluate, and track talent using a data-informed approach.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clubs, coaches, academies, and industry stakeholders.
• Monitor transfer market activity, league updates, and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate player-related logistics and ensure smooth communication among all involved parties.
• Support digital branding and promotional initiatives in partnership with internal teams.
• Protect client interests by ensuring all actions comply with FIFA and regional requirements.
• Identify and pursue career opportunities that align with each client’s long-term objectives.
