Finance Head

Job Overview

Pearl Enterprises, a company engaged in solar projects, is looking for a Finance Head to manage core finance and accounting functions. The role covers taxation, audits, management reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and closing of books.
• Drive timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting cycles.
• Take ownership of GST, TDS, income tax, ROC, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, external consultants, and other advisory partners as needed.
• Build and present MIS reports, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, and variance analyses.
• Track cash movement, working capital position, and receivables to support business stability.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, cost planning, and pricing-related decisions.

Qualifications

• A Chartered Accountant qualification is compulsory for this position.
• Applicants with 5 to 9 years of post-qualification experience are preferred.

Skills Required

• Deep understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical ability with sound business judgment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
