Freelance Designer (Remote, PH based only)

About The OTA Client

We are seeking a freelance graphic designer to collaborate with a growing interdisciplinary healthcare group. This organization, headquartered in Teltow, Germany, operates physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy practices across multiple German cities. With approximately 160 employees, they cater to both private patients and residents in senior care facilities and are actively expanding their reach by opening new locations and hiring therapists nationwide.

Project Overview & Goals

The primary objective of this project is to create compelling visual creatives for paid Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. These campaigns are designed to attract qualified therapists to join the client's team. The target audience includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists throughout Germany. The visuals must be engaging, on-brand, and optimized to drive measurable engagement and applications within Meta ad placements.

Brand & Style Guidelines

Specific brand guidelines will be provided at the project's commencement. Key principles include maintaining a professional, warm, and trustworthy tone suitable for a healthcare context. Designs should align with the company's brand color palette, utilize clean and readable sans-serif typography, and feature high-quality, authentic imagery, preferably showcasing real therapy environments over generic stock photos. All copy will be provided in German.

Tools

Designers have the flexibility to use their preferred design software, such as Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator. The final deliverables must be exportable in standard formats compatible with Meta advertising platforms.

Candidate Requirements

Essential qualifications include demonstrated experience in designing social media advertisements, particularly for Meta/Instagram, and a strong portfolio showcasing clean, conversion-focused designs. Proficiency in professional design tools, the ability to meet strict deadlines, prompt communication within one business day, and fluency in English are also required.

Additional Information

This is a remote freelance position, and only candidates based in the Philippines with legal authorization to work there will be considered. The client is based in Germany.
