Groundskeeper

Role Overview

Pegasus Residential is hiring a Groundskeeper to help maintain the visual appeal and operational standards of a residential community in Orlando, Florida. This role supports the Maintenance Manager and plays an important part in keeping shared spaces clean, presentable, and ready for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Maintenance Manager to complete duties that support the community’s appearance and day-to-day functionality.
• Keep the property looking its best by maintaining cleanliness and curb appeal across grounds, amenities, exterior building areas, the leasing office, parking areas, and other shared spaces.
• Support move-in readiness by helping prepare vacant apartments for incoming residents.
• Assist with resident service requests as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
