Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Set up and troubleshoot audio/video conference rooms.
- Carry out operating system installations and system re-imaging.
- Assist with troubleshooting in LAN and WAN network environments.
- Support and configure routers, switches, and related network equipment.
- Respond quickly to technical incidents and service requests.
- Record support actions and resolutions according to internal procedures.
- Work closely with internal teams and client contacts to keep operations running smoothly.
