Responsibilities

  • Gather, separate, wash, dry, fold, and hand out linens and residents’ clothing.
  • Use laundry machines and related equipment in a safe and effective manner.
  • Track laundry-related activities and report equipment problems or safety concerns to a supervisor.

  • Communicate politely with residents, staff, and visitors while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications
