Logistics Coordinator

Role Overview

This position is for a Logistics Coordinator in the shipping, logistics, and supply chain sector. The role centers on customer service and operations support, with responsibility for booking management, shipment monitoring, document handling, and vessel schedule coordination.

Key Duties

• Manage customer bookings and respond to shipment-related queries.
• Work closely with operations teams, vessel schedules, agents, and customers to keep cargo moving on time.
• Monitor cargo progress and share timely status updates with customers.
• Prepare and organize shipping paperwork along with booking confirmations.
• Track vessel schedules, loading progress, and cargo movement status.
• Handle and resolve customer concerns connected to shipments.
• Compile reports and keep customer records accurate and up to date.
• Support the team in meeting service targets and turnaround time expectations.

Contract Details

This is a 6-month contract role, with the possibility of extension.
